Refund Policy

At Infinity 8, each item is made to order using our print-on-demand production partner. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Products
All Infinity 8 products are custom printed once an order is placed. This means items are produced specifically for you and are not kept in stock.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong colour or style
Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly resolve the issue.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A photo showing the issue (damage, misprint, or incorrect product)

After review, we will arrange either:

A free replacement, or
A full refund

3. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the best solution.

4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Incorrect Address Provided
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, we may be able to resend the order once it is returned to the fulfillment partner, though additional shipping costs may apply.
